The License Agreement is a legal document between you and the ORIS Co. Ltd . By installing the program on the computer, copying it, by starting to work with it, you agree to follow the terms of the agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, you are not allowed to use the software. In the case of not agreeing with the terms of license agreement, please do not install the software onto your hard disk. You are allowed to return the installation package, not damaged, during two weeks after purchasing it – including the printed and any other supplemental material. After such return, you will be fully refunded.

The software and the manual are the property of ORIS Co. Ltd. The copyright is protected by the Law.

In the case of having single user version license, you are allowed to work with the software installing it to only one computer. In the case of having network version license, you are allowed to work with the software installing it on the number of computers (logged on to the local network) for which the software is purchased.

You can transfer the license rights to the third party if the party agrees to follow the terms of the license agreement. In that case, you can remit the software and its supplemental material to the third party and uninstall all copies of the software from your computer.

During one year from the purchase of the software, ORIS Co. Ltd. guarantees telephone service and/or consultation on the ORIS Co. Ltd. Office. You are also allowed to get updated versions of the software during one year.

The software and the manual are delivered on "As Is" conditions and may not correspond all your demands. ORIS Co. Ltd. does not warranty that the software is not erroneous. ORIS Co. Ltd. will not be responsible under any circumstance for the damage and/or loss of data, money – directly of\r indirectly caused by the usage of the software, even in the case if ORIS Co. Ltd. had been previously warned on such possibility.

Under no conditions, the refundables will exceed the price paid for the software.

By placing the order, customer agrees that the personal data filled for placing the order can be processed and used by Oris LTD for the placement and completion of the given order.
